Breed: Golden Retriever and Pitt Bull
Pet description: Indy is a 2 1/2 year old full blooded Golden Retriever that is spayed. Shots are current, but she does need her next batch when she turns 3 this summer. She is a very loving dog that needs a lot of attention. She has an anxiety disorder. I found her in the pound when she was 10 months old. So not sure what happened to her before I got her that maybe caused this. She was very shy and always jumped if you made a sudden movement around her, but after a few months she relaxed. But if I have company over it gets her excited and she is pacing, panting and always in your face wanting for you to pet her. She is always putting her paws on you. She needs to go to a home where there isn’t a lot of change or many visitors. She LOVES the outside. I can take her outside without a fence and she will sniff around, but will not go out of the yard. She is good around my 5 year old son, she has never even growled at him, but she is not much of one to sit and want to wrestle with him. She always is carrying around a sock in her mouth or anything soft she can find. She is beautiful, but should be groomed or taken care of because she has a lot of hair being a golden. Chips is a 2 year old pitt bull. He is neutered, and has most of his shots, but he is due for his 2 year old shots. He is allergic to some kinds of medicine. His eyes swell up. It was a kennel cough medicine that I gave him when I found this out. He is my 5 year olds best friend. He has been on the other end of many headlocks and, play punches and kicks when I am not around. He has not ever even thought about hurting my son after all of that. He loves it, he is like a little kid too that loves to play. He has a doggy door that he is used to going in and out when he wants. Sometimes he likes to play outside but most of the time you will find him in the bed sleeping. He acts like a little prince that can’t sleep on the hard floor, he will search until he finds something soft to lay on. He has one issue and that is when you leave the house and leave something out he will chew it up, but this is only when you leave, so if you kennel him when you leave he is the perfect dog. He thinks he is a 5 pound lap dog, and loves to be loved on. I am looking for a family that will take good care of him and give him the attention that he is used to. I want him to be an inside dog only and NEVER used for anything illegal. If you are interested in either of the dogs it should be because you want to have them in your home, not because you want to try to sell them. As both could be sold, but I just want to find them a good loving home where I know they will be taken care of. The only reason for me giving them up to a new home is I am moving and my new place dosen’t allow animals
